Penn State will for the first time recognize graduating students for their academic achievement or military service with honor cords at spring 2016 commencement ceremonies across the University. The academic honor cords and military cords will be provided to eligible students to wear over their graduation gowns during the ceremonies.Bagé (Portuguese pronunciation:) is a Brazilian municipality located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.In 2020, its population was 121,335 in a total area of 4,096 km 2.It is the seventeenth largest city in the state according to the 2011 census.
