First noticed it when I was locking the doors. Now it hardly ever works execpt when at the dealer. Seems restarting the car resets the horn.I've checked both the fuse and the relay, neither of which seems to be the problem. (Fuse is intact, and when I switched the relay with the relay for the rear wiper, the rear wiper still worked and the horn still didn't.) Any advice? Should still be under warranty as a safety feature, ford replaced mine last year on my 13 focus.
